Job summary

All In Solutions in Los Angeles, CA, seeks an Assistant Director of Operations to drive operational excellence in our adult inpatient treatment facility. This role supervises frontline teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates crisis management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity within a healthcare or addiction treatment setting.
• DHCS standards, HIPAA/confidentiality laws, and infection control knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and crisis-intervention skills; capable of operating within modern EMR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead weekly client groups, draft group progress notes, and maintain template integrity within the EMR system (KIPU).
• Oversee adherence to DHCS standards and Joint Commission accreditation criteria.
• Investigate staff and client feedback with cultural sensitivity and resolve operational or care concerns promptly.
• Serve on call after regular business hours to address operational and clinical issues.
• Lead safety checks and crisis response to maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
