Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare or addiction treatment settings.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards, DHCS guidelines, HIPAA/confidentiality laws, and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline teams and drive operational excellence to ensure top-tier client care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and DHCS standards and confidentiality rules.
• Oversee EMR management (KIPU) and weekly client groups; ensure template integrity and documentation quality.
• Serve on-call after hours to address operational and clinical issues.
