PCs for People is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse and refurbishment operations in the Baltimore area. You will oversee inventory, enforce compliance with e-waste standards, and guide staff toward meeting financial and mission-driven targets.

The role focuses on optimizing device reuse, improving intake sorting, and ensuring efficient fulfillment of client orders while partnering with cross-functional teams to scale impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, tech refurbishment, or operational roles.
• Familiarity with e-waste, R2/NAID, ISO 14001/45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, refurbishment, retail, surplus, and logistics activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and standards (R2, NAID, ISO, DOT).
• Lead staff to achieve KPIs for device reuse, inventory throughput, and efficiency.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure timely processing and logging.
