Job summary

PCs for People is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse and refurbishment operations in the Denver area. You will manage inventory, ensure compliance with R2/NAID and ISO standards, and lead a team of staff and volunteers to meet KPIs for device reuse and throughput.

You will coordinate with vendors and the Impact team for bulk orders and client distributions, while maintaining safety and process discipline across the facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, tech refurbishment, or operational experience
• Familiarity with e-waste, R2/NAID compliance, and ISO 14001/45001 standards
• Strong inventory management, staff support, and vendor coordination experience
• Proven success leading teams and driving operational KPIs
• Passion for digital equity, sustainability, and scalable community impact
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations leader for the local market, overseeing warehouse, refurbishment, retail, surplus, and logistics activities in the absence of the Operations Manager
• Align local operations with national objectives and SOPs with the operations leadership team
• Ensure adherence to warehouse, technology, and e-waste management procedures
• Support policies, certifications, and standards (R2, NAID, ISO, DOT)
• Lead local staff to achieve KPIs for device reuse, inventory throughput, and facility performance
• Champion strategies to increase device reuse and reduce unnecessary recycling
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure availability of supplies and services
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization; conduct inspections and maintenance
• Supervise warehouse associates, technicians, drivers, and volunteers
• Provide coaching and accountability for KPIs; onboard and train staff
• Integrate volunteer labor into operations and conduct QA checks
