Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, tech refurbishment, or operational roles.
• Familiarity with e-waste, R2/NAID, and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
• Strong inventory management, staff support, and vendor coordination experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational KPIs.
• Passion for digital equity, sustainability, and scalable community impact.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, refurbishment, retail, surplus, and logistics activities in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Align local operations with national objectives and SOPs set by the operations leadership team.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse, technology, and e-waste management procedures.
• Support compliance with R2, NAID, ISO, DOT standards.
• Lead staff to achieve KPIs for device reuse, inventory throughput, and facility performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and Enterprise Partnerships for client pickups and orders.
• Monitor vendor compliance and environmental certifications.
• Conduct monthly inspections and support audits and certifications.
