Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an energetic Operations Manager for a premier medical distributor in Palm Beach, FL. This hands-on role oversees day-to-day office workflows, order processing, invoicing, and back-of-warehouse shipping, while coordinating with leadership and vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has operational, shipping, or inventory experience, proficiency with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Google Workspace, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, office management, or shipping/inventory management.
• Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Desktop QuickBooks; working knowledge of Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with EDI platforms (e.g., DiCentral) and carrier shipping software.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the office/facility daily (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and oversee back-of-house warehouse receiving/shipping.
• Process incoming purchase orders using QuickBooks; create packing slips and invoices.
• Handle weekly wholesaler invoicing via DiCentral EDI and monthly reconciliations.
• Review weekly sales reports, track purchasing trends, and compile monthly reporting.
• Prepare shipping documents for domestic and international orders; maintain DHRs and certificates.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales reps, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
