Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support teammate to assist the Distribution manager in leading daily shipping and receiving tasks. This role drives staff to meet KPIs with training, guidance, and issue resolution, while ensuring safety standards and accurate paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma, be fluent in English, and possess 3+ years in WMS/ERP environments, with EPICOR/SAP/JD Edwards experience. Expect collaborative teamwork and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Fluently speak, read, and write in English.
Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment.
3+ years in Warehouse Management Systems and ERP environments (EPICOR preferred).
Proficient with computer, internet, and shipping sites; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Distribution manager in leading daily shipping and receiving operations.
Drive warehouse staff performance to meet KPIs with training and guidance.
Ensure safety standards are followed, including forklift operations.
Oversee order pulling, loading accuracy, and proper paperwork.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to prioritize needs.
Utilize WMS and ERP to maximize productivity and report on KPI performance.
