Job summary

JND is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operational processes for the MX Care+ team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field along with 5+ years of operations management experience focusing on system integration.

The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to ensure effective deployment of systems and driving continuous process improvements. Proficiency in Korean is preferred and must be willing to work outside US business hours 10-15% of the time.
