Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing enterprise applications or financial systems.
• 5+ years of people or project management supervision.
• 3+ years of performance improvement, including workflow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and develop a team responsible for day-to-day technology, workflow, and analytics support
• Coach and mentor team members through knowledge sharing and industry best practices
• Assign workloads, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery aligned with long term strategy
• Oversee day-to-day support of Spend Management applications and ensure system stability
• Support analytics intake, prioritization, and implementation of self-service analytics
• Collaborate with leaders to align best practices and improve efficiency
