The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City seeks a Medical Support Operations Supervisor for the Medical Pavilion. You will direct, supervise, and coordinate scheduling, billing, communications, IT/EMR, and patient referrals while leading system enhancements and staff development.

Responsabilités

• Directs, supervises and coordinates activities in scheduling, billing, communications, IT/EMR, patient service representatives, and patient referrals.
• Leads systems analysis and project management for clinical computing initiatives.
• Ensures medical records are complete, accurate, secure and readily available.
• Develops departmental policies and educates individuals in and outside Information Services regarding information systems and services.
