Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and develop a team for day-to-day technology, workflow, and analytics support.
• Coach and mentor team members through industry best practices.
• Oversee day-to-day support of Spend Management applications.
• Develop and maintain system policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to enhance clinical integration through advanced analytics.
• Track progress on key initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
