Job summary

MAPEI USA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Accessory Line to build and run the supply chain and distribution model supporting our shower accessory business. You will establish inventory and transportation strategies, coordinate vendor performance, and lead daily operations to deliver superb service and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or operations management with team leadership.
• Experience building inventory, replenishment, and transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and launch of the accessory business with a scalable end-to-end supply chain and distribution model.
• Define inventory, stocking strategies, stock levels, and service targets balancing demand and costs.
• Design and optimize distribution networks, including hubs and transportation modes (parcel, LTL).
• Collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance to set operating requirements and targets.
• Manage day-to-day operations and lead the team with clear roles and KPIs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements across inventory, distribution, transportation, and supplier performance.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for footprint, inventory, and resource investments.
• Ensure compliance with the Business Management System and EHS regulations.
