Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Accessory Line to lead the setup and ongoing management of our shower accessory business in the United States. You will develop a scalable supply chain and distribution model, establish inventory and transportation strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and profitable growth.

The role emphasizes KPI tracking, data-driven improvements, and aligning operations with commercial goals

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in supply chain, distribution, logistics, or operations management.
• At least three years of experience leading teams.
• Experience developing inventory and replenishment strategies.
• Experience coordinating supplier performance and scaling operations.
• Strong analytical, financial, leadership, project-management and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, ERP and inventory-management systems; WMS, TMS, Power BI preferred.
• Professional certification in supply chain or Lean Six Sigma preferred (APICS CSCP/CPIM).
• Willingness to travel to support setup and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational setup and launch of the accessory business with a scalable end-to-end supply chain and distribution model.
• Define inventory and stocking strategies, including segmentation, replenishment, stock levels and service targets.
• Develop and optimize the distribution network across parcel and LTL transportation.
• Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance and others to set requirements and targets.
• Manage day-to-day operations and lead the team with focus on service, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; identify gaps and drive improvements across inventory, distribution and supplier performance.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases for footprint, inventory, and systems changes.
• Perform tasks per BMS and comply with Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.
