Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Deep knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation. Ready to work outdoors in any weather conditions and available 24/7/365.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, efficient, and profitable management of the switching operations.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise a team, manage materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations.
• Step in and perform the duties of switching crews when needed, and take charge as the Operations Manager in their absence.
• Bring field experience and technical knowledge to the forefront.
