You will oversee scheduling, systems, travel approvals, and event logistics while partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and Salesforce reporting.

Ideal candidates bring a BA/BS and 5+ years in operations with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 5+ years in operational roles.
• Previous management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, resourceful approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and develop a team of coordinators.
• Develop scalable systems to support team operations.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes; escalate gaps to leadership.
• Oversee travel approval process for the team.
• Schedule professional development across seven regions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Provide logistical support for internal events and meetings.
