IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions globally, seeks a Professional Learning Specialist dedicated to integrating technology and evidence-based instructional practices to help all students succeed.

You will facilitate virtual and in-person professional development, deliver webinars, and host IXL Live events, traveling up to 60% during back-to-school season and about 40% the rest of the year.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
• Educational professional development experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative when working with a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert and provide educators with implementation strategies.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development for schools and districts.
• Travel to facilitate in-person sessions up to 60% during back-to-school season and 40% during the rest of the year.
• Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events with the events team.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support schools piloting IXL and grow relationships.
