Job summary

Calista is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee a team within a fast-paced environment. You will relay information between staff and upper management, guide daily work, schedule tasks, and monitor performance to maximize productivity.

You will analyze processes, implement improvements, train new hires, and ensure IMS/ERP usage and SOP compliance while meeting safety and QA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 3+ years of range managerial experience.
• Experience in government contracting and multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings; ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of employees, relay information between team and management.
• Create team schedules, delegate tasks and monitor performance for productivity.
• Assess work performance and identify improvement areas.
• Support supply chain efficiency via task organization and documentation.
• Analyze processes, implement improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
• Train and onboard new hires; set goals aligned with company plans.
• Maintain knowledge of IMS/ERP and generate performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with ESH, QA, and safety policies.
