Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process development and policy implementation to improve efficiency.
• Analyze issues affecting operations, produce metrics and reports.
• Develop training materials and conduct administrative training.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with Finance, HR, IT, and Logistics.
• Lead teams and ensure processes comply with policies via audits.
• Support Six Sigma/Process Excellence initiatives.
• Assist with acquisition integrations and system conversions.
