Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Lead to partner with production leadership, overseeing daily operations to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets on the production floor.

You will optimize line performance, manage raw material flow, and drive continuous improvement using ERP and WMS systems. The role requires leadership, Lean know-how, and the ability to mentor team members while maintaining production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Leadership or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shift activities to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular floor walkthroughs to verify housekeeping and safety protocols.
• Manage production line changeovers including raw material inspection and initial quality verification.
• Utilize ERP systems and WMS for accurate job tracking and BOM compliance.
• Analyze line downtime using efficiency tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate shift handovers clearly to maintain operational continuity.
