Qualifications

• Proven working experience in operations management or related field.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar qualifications would be advantageous.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2005 and Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to support operational activities.
• Collaborate in defining operational scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain daily and periodic work schedules.
• Participate in the development of detailed operational plans.
• Assist in managing changes to operational scope, schedules, and costs.
• Support in measuring operational performance and reporting issues to management.
• Help manage client relationships to ensure effective communication.
