Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to bend and lift 25–30 pounds on production floor.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in research and records.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the success of an Operations team as an individual contributor.
• Handles operational activities and queries across lines of business.
• Meets deadlines and adheres to Service Level Agreements with partners.
• Provides functional expertise to projects or initiatives within the unit.
• Maintains internal controls and operates within risk appetite.
• Continuously reviews processes and implements improvements.
