Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC seeks an Operations Lead to provide operational support to the NAVAIR Digital Department at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, aligning day-to-day operations, communications, and project/portfolio management with leadership priorities.

The role requires Power BI capability, proven PM/portfolio management experience in IT services, and discretion. Local to Patuxent River, Maryland is preferred, with prior Navy/NAVAIR support experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, information technology or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, executive support, program/project management, or IT services operations.
• Demonstrated Power BI experience with dashboards and operational reporting for leadership.
• Experience in project/portfolio management for an IT services group (intake, prioritization, status reporting).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for the NAVAIR Digital Department at Patuxent River.
• Coordinate priorities and synchronize activities across staff and stakeholders.
• Lead project and portfolio management activities for the IT services group.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Manage communications, records, and procurement documentation.
