Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Dashboards/ Power BI Expert to build out tools for the command insupport of NEPS and BFMC. You will serve as BFMC representative on EDC groups, develop dashboards, and optimize workflows using NAVSEA systems and BI tools.

You will leverage Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights while adhering to DoD security requirements. This role is based in Bethesda, MD and requires a US citizen with an active security clearance.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with NAVSEA or Navy budgeting and planning.
• Proficient in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
• Proficient with NAVSEA systems and data sources mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Lead dashboard and BI capability enhancement for BFMC and NEPS.
• Represent BFMC in EDC working groups and advisory groups.
• Develop and deploy dashboards to monitor OSD, GAO, and budget goals.
• Leverage ADVANA/JUPITER and other platforms for reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver insights.
