Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC seeks an Operations Lead to support the NAVAIR Digital Department at Patuxent River. You will establish day-to-day operations, governance cadences, and portfolio management practices for leadership alignment.

The role requires Power BI proficiency, PM experience in IT services, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced Navy setting. Maryland proximity is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, executive support, PM, or IT services ops.
• Demonstrated Power BI dashboards and leadership-facing reporting.
• Experience supporting IT services groups and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations with department leadership.
• Lead IT services PM activities: intake, prioritization, tracking, risk management.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
