Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead in Napa, CA to oversee daily operations, supervise Team Members, and ensure safety compliance. The role includes supporting operational duties, troubleshooting basic performance, and coordinating resources as needed.

The position requires at least 2 years in an Operations role, a high school diploma, and possibly a valid driver's license. You will report to the Operations Care Center Manager and coordinate with clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months in an Operations Team Member role or service industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies, procedures and service systems to meet department goals.
• Manage timelines for projects ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform duties including loading/unloading crematoriums, processing cremains and quality control.
• Shop maintenance, back up customer service rep/ driver, client care and communicating status to clinics.
• Assist in developing or transitioning clinic relationships.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Assist and support CCM in their duties.
