Gateway Services is seeking an Operational Team Member to support our pet aftercare operations in Paso Robles, CA. This on-site role requires standing, lifting, and working with cremation equipment while providing compassionate service to veterinary partners and families.

• Attention to detail is essential for handling cremation processes and memorial products.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle when needed.
