Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of the team in Napa, CA.

The role reports to the Operations Care Center Manager and includes troubleshooting basic machine performance and coordinating resources to ensure safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, meeting project timelines, handling cremation-related tasks, client communications, and supporting clinic relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months in an Operations Team Member role or service industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies, procedures and service systems to meet the goals of the department.
• Manage timelines for various projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform duties including loading/unloading crematoriums, processing cremains and quality control, paw prints.
• Shop maintenance, back up customer service rep/driver, client care and communicating status to clinics.
• Assist in developing or transitioning clinic relationships.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Assisting and supporting CCM in their duties.
