Gateway Services is seeking an Operations Team Member in San Diego to support cremation operations and product packaging. This full-time hourly role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork within a compassionate care environment.

No prior industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Schedule is Monday–Friday 12:30pm–8:00pm with competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are correct.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.
