Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Four years of direct customer service experience.
• Experience leading front-end operations or patient access teams.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Patient Concierge, PAS, and Call Center staff.
• Monitor front-end and revenue cycle workflow; assist scheduling and coverage.
• Provide performance input and support front-end management.
• Track metrics and generate daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Ensure patient experience is optimized.
