Job summary

Wally Health is seeking an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day of a studio cohort in New York, driving staffing, throughput, and member experience. You’ll balance checklists with hands-on leadership to prevent issues before they arise.

You will manage 2-3 studios, keep inventories in check, and partner with HQ to pilot studio experiments and scale successful playbooks across locations.
