Job summary

SC Johnson GmbH is seeking an Instrumentation Department Maintenance Leader to drive the maintenance strategy on production lines, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance. You will review technician competency, allocate resources for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, and align activities with the production schedule.

The role requires 7–10 years in industrial maintenance, a technical degree or Journeyman certification, and strong SAP/CMMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in a chemical plant environment.
• Associate degree in a technical field or Journeyman certification.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and motivational skills; able to lead maintenance and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Instrumentation department maintenance leadership.
• Review technician competency levels and ensure resources for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production lines.
• Execute weekly maintenance plans and align workforce with production schedules.
• Document and prioritize corrective/preventive activities in SAP; support problem-solving and DMAIC initiatives.
