Job summary

Equiliem is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support multiple low-voltage installation projects with a focus on customer satisfaction, financial performance, and efficiency. You will lead Project Managers, an Assistant Project Manager, and Coordinators, guiding scheduling, forecasting, and cost control while leveraging expertise in data centers and security integrations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant operations supervision experience.
• Experience managing multiple low-voltage installation projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience overseeing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, P&L management, labor forecasting, and material forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing Project Managers, Coordinators, or similar operational teams.
• Strong project management skills balancing technical, financial, and operational priorities.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including project cost control and performance monitoring.
• Strong team leadership, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
• Customer focus with ability to understand and respond to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure projects meet customer expectations.
• Lead and support a team of Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Manage multiple low-voltage installation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Monitor resources, costs, schedules, labor, materials, and financial performance.
• Manage P&L and apply cost-control practices to support objectives.
• Forecast labor and material requirements and guide resource planning.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to improve performance.
• Promote customer satisfaction by meeting established requirements.
