You'll coordinate with operations, field teams, customers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and high-quality results. The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, risk management, and safety compliance while supporting business development and career growth within a dynamic ESOP-owned

Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in related fields.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent commercial construction or technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage low-voltage projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Lead and support project teams for successful execution.
• Define scope, objectives, schedules, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and WIP reporting.
