Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Business Operations Lead to be the intelligence layer between Customer Analytics and Sales & Delivery leadership. This role owns performance KPIs, ensuring data is clean and presented to drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in retail analytics, sales analytics, or data-intensive commercial roles.
• Experience owning KPI frameworks and governing metric definitions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the source of truth for Sales & Delivery KPIs and ensure consistency across dashboards and leadership communications.
• Translate operational needs into dashboard and reporting requirements and deliver clean, accessible outputs.
• Identify performance trends across site, regional, and portfolio levels to surface insights before problems emerge.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations with clear diagnosis and path forward.
• Own the analytical narrative in executive presentations and leadership reviews.
