Job summary

ProSource Wholesale is seeking an Operations Manager in New Orleans to oversee daily showroom operations, inventory, purchasing, warehouse activities, and administrative processes while ensuring an exceptional experience for Members and Clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• Experience with inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Flooring, wholesale, distribution, home improvement, or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with RFMS or similar business software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow across the business
• Process cash receipts, deposits, credits, refunds, and claims
• Manage inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy
• Coordinate purchasing activities and place orders with vendors
• Receive and post merchandise receipts in RFMS
• Supervise warehouse operations, deliveries, and order fulfillment
• Monitor job costing processes and operational reporting
• Prepare month-end operational reports and maintain records
• Maintain showroom organization, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Support sales staff by ensuring operational processes run efficiently
• Assist Members and Clients with operational and service-related needs
• Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal team members
• Support and develop operational team members
