Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance throughout the facility.
• Monitor and report on warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure proper operation of forklifts and machinery.
• Manage workflow optimization and adjust processes to meet operational demands.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
• Communicate with other departments and external partners on logistics coordination.
• Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure quality control standards for all warehouse activities.
• Manage operational costs and maintain budget compliance.
