Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking an Operations Lead in Training to begin a leadership career in a fast-paced service environment. You will work closely with a General Manager to learn operations, customer relations, and team leadership during a focused 16-week program.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest experiences, guiding daily operations, and promoting memberships while growing your leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising a team or shifts in a customer-facing setting.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. Over a focused 16‑week training experience, you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term career growth at Mister.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create "wow" moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
