Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching its Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in Georgia, designed to build a foundation in restaurant-style customer service and retail leadership. You will work closely with a General Manager to develop hands-on operational skills and leadership abilities over 16 weeks, with a clear path to advanced management.

You will lead by example, drive team performance, and grow sales of Unlimited Wash Club memberships while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
