Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching a fast-paced leadership pathway through the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program. You’ll work with an experienced General Manager to gain hands-on operations skills and foundational leadership abilities, setting you up for long-term growth into an Assistant General Manager role.

The program emphasizes people development, customer experience, and mentoring while you balance speed, quality, and teamwork to deliver memorable guest moments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with focus on speed, quality and teamwork to create wow moments for guests.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Mister Car Wash standards.
• Promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships to grow sales.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and team to learn, lead, and build confidence in leadership.
• Participate in the 16-week Operations Leadership Program to develop core leadership and business skills.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
