Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking an Operations Lead In Training (OLIT) to launch a rewarding leadership career. Over a focused 16-week training, you’ll build hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term growth at Mister.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience, lead daily operations with pace and quality, and promote memberships to drive sales and momentum.

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
