Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Kansas is launching your leadership career through the Operations Lead in Training program. Over a 16‑week hands-on training you’ll build operational skills and begin developing the leadership abilities that fuel growth.

You’ll work with an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and chart a path toward an Assistant General Manager role.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. Over a focused 16‑week training experience, you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long‑term career growth at Mister.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:
