Job summary

Mister Car Wash in the United States operates a leadership development program called Operations Lead in Training, a 16-week structured training path designed to build hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities.

You will work closely with an experienced General Manager to learn the ropes, lead daily operations, and promote memberships while developing people-management capabilities for future advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting.
• Willingness to learn and develop leadership capabilities.
