MedSpeed, a healthcare logistics leader, is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Winston-Salem, NC. This role leads Logistics Service Representatives, drives service quality, and manages client relationships while meeting location profit objectives.

You will oversee route data, vehicle inspections, and maintenance coordination, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency within a nationwide organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of progressive business experience is preferred.
• Experience applying quality management principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Logistics Service Representatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development.
• Monitor service quality and efficiency via daily observations and performance reports; provide coaching.
• Perform route observations to ensure safety, client and procedure compliance; identify improvements.
• Maintain route, client, and variable stop data accuracy and system updates.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors.
• Assist operations on projects to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned and promote MedSpeed team culture.
