MedSpeed in Houston, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the daily healthcare transportation network, coach Logistics Service Representatives, manage client relationships, and drive service quality and profitability across the location.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor performance, ensure safety and procedure compliance, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency while upholding MedSpeed's team culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive business experience preferred.
• Experience applying quality management principles.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Logistics Service Representatives and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and coaching.
• Monitor service quality and efficiency using performance reports and coaching.
• Observe routes to ensure safety and identify improvements.
• Maintain route, client, and data accuracy and system integrity.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with vendors.
• Support operations projects to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Uphold MedSpeed culture and values.
