Job summary

MedSpeed, a healthcare logistics leader, seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our healthcare transportation network. You will supervise Logistics Service Representatives, manage client relationships, and strive to meet location service quality and profit objectives.

You will lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance development while driving safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement across routes and data. Join a culture that values teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive business experience.
• Experience applying quality management principles.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Collaborative work style across departments.
• Sense of urgency and leadership ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership of Logistics Service Representatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training.
• Manage service quality and efficiency through observations and reports.
• Perform Logistics Service Representative route observations to ensure safety and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and ongoing system maintenance of route, client and variable stop data.
• Review daily vehicle pre/post trip inspection checklists, coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors.
• Assist operations team with projects to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• All other job-related duties as assigned.
• Work to promote MedSpeed team culture.
