United Skates of America is seeking an energetic, dependable Operations Manager to join our team in Jackson Township, NJ. The position is full-time and hourly, with typical pay of $24 per hour and approximately 40 hours per week.

You will oversee daily facility operations, manage sales and expenses, and lead a high-energy team to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations, staff, and budgets.
• Ability to work with sales and expense reports and contribute to financial goals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurants, retail, or another high-volume environment preferred.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to the Jackson Township area.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily facility operations and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor sales, labor, and expenses, and support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Help develop and carry out sales and marketing initiatives that increase customer engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and support team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
