United Skates of America is seeking an energetic, dependable Operations Manager to join our team in Jackson Township, NJ. The position is full-time and hourly, with typical pay of $24 per hour and approximately 40 hours per week.

You will oversee daily facility operations, manage sales and expenses, and lead a high-energy team to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations, staff, and budgets.
• Ability to work with sales and expense reports and contribute to financial goals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurants, retail, or another high-volume environment preferred.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to the Jackson Township area.

With over 50 years of experience in recreation and entertainment facility management, United Skates of America is seeking an energetic, dependable Operations Manager to join our team in Jackson Township, NJ. Our roller-skating facility features roller and inline skating, an arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and birthday parties.
