The ideal candidate will manage P&L, develop marketing initiatives, recruit and coach staff, and uphold high standards of service in a family entertainment environment. Reports to Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in P&L management and budgeting.
• Strong operational background with staff management and development experience.
• Expertise in sales and marketing, particularly in high-volume retail, restaurant, or entertainment industries.
• Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
