You will oversee daily facility operations at our Jackson Township location, lead a team, and help deliver a safe, welcoming guest experience in a high-volume skating center. The role includes monitoring sales, labor, and expenses, supporting budgeting and P&L performance, and driving sales initiatives while ensuring health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations, staff, and budgets.
• Ability to work with sales and expense reports and meet financial goals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurants, retail, or high-volume environments preferred.
• Availability for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to the Jackson Township area.
