Job summary

Meridian International Center seeks a Manager, Operations to support the Engagement, Growth, and Partnerships team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on ensuring robust program operations, data quality, and staff enablement through Salesforce and shared systems.

You will coordinate onboarding, deliver Salesforce training, and help staff access essential tools for successful program execution across departments. The position may include partial remote work until further notice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, business, nonprofit management, public administration, or another related field preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience in operations, project coordination, business development support, nonprofit administration, CRM use, or related fields.
• Experience supporting program operations, proposal development, partner agreements, budget coordination, or cross‑functional projects preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred; ability to prepare reports and help colleagues use shared systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce usage as a business development, program tracking, and relationship management tool with data entry, workflows, and staff adoption.
• Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and trackers to show pipeline activity, partner engagement, deliverables, next steps, and data quality.
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and SOPs for Salesforce and shared systems.
• Identify data gaps, reporting needs, or system issues and elevate questions to Salesforce super users, consultants, IT, or vendors.
